Misbehavior of ELITE STAFF Anish and jobin I recently had a stay at your hotel and was impressed with the overall experience the food, location, and value for money were excellent. However I want to bring to your attention an issue my wife faced during her stay which left a very negative impression During her visit she invited her family members to have lunch at the hotel’s restaurant. When she approached the reception to ask about the menu options Mr. Anish responded rudely, telling her to go and ask the restaurant instead of assisting her. This kind of behavior is unacceptable especially from front desk staff, who are expected to be professional and courteous. Thankfully another receptionist a lady stepped in and politely explained the different menus and restaurant options available. She handled the situation with professionalism and kindness which was much appreciated. I strongly urge you to train Mr. Anish and Mr. Jobin on proper customer service especially when dealing with women and senior citizens. A hotel of your standard should ensure that all staff treat guests with respect and professionalism.
